CNC FOREMAN (MILLING SPECIALIST)

CNC FOREMAN (MILLING SPECIALIST)

 Description

We are seeking a high-level CNC Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This is not a "desk job." We need a leader who can manage the workflow of the shop floor while remaining deeply involved in the technical success of every project—from the first setup to the final part.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-On  Leadership: Oversee daily shop operations and provide mentorship to operators, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Expert Setup: Lead the setup of complex CNC milling jobs, ensuring machines are dialed in for maximum efficiency and precision.
  • Tooling  & Inventory: Manage the procurement of perishable tooling (end mills, inserts, drills, etc.) to ensure zero downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues on the floor; diagnose and resolve program errors, mechanical hiccups, or finish issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to reduce cycle times and improve setup repeatability.

Requirements

CNC Milling Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in CNC milling. You should be an expert in work holding, tool selection, and speeds/feeds.

Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to read blueprints, interpret G-code, and solve geometric or mechanical problems on the fly.

Inventory Management: Experience tracking tool life and ordering shop supplies 

Leadership Qualities: Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team motivated and on schedule.

CNC SETUP MACHINIST

 Description

Job duties involve setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, following blueprints, and selecting appropriate tooling.

Troubleshoot during setup and production.

M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm

Requirements

Blueprint reading.

Knowledge of measurement instruments.

3 years experience

TOOL & DIE MAKER

 Description

Skilled in building, troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance and have good working knowledge of sheet metal type, draw, progressive, transfer, piercing, forming dies and high speed stamping dies with little supervision.

Experience with compound progressive tools a must.

Troubleshoot and repair dies in the press and/or bench.

Reports unusual conditions or problems to supervisor.
Studies specifications and engineering blueprints.

5 to 7 years experience of tool and die work experience required

 Description

Looking for Fabrication set up and operator.

Must be able to run Trump Turret machine and Amada Press brake. Must also be willing to perform additional job duties when needed.
Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm A-Shift
